Job Summary
Tona Coffee is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell the company's coffee products, build strong customer relationships, and expand the customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent customer relationships while contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell the company's coffee products to retail, wholesale, and corporate customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on inquiries and orders.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in the FMCG, food, beverage, or coffee industry is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Based in Addis Ababa.
