Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for reviewing the latest alerts on the banks’ computing environment to determine relevancy and urgency. Initiate new trouble tickets for alerts that signal an incident and escalate Incident Response for review.

Qualification & Experience

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Information Technology related fields plus a minimum of four (4) years of experience in Information Security areas.

This job may require 24/7 shift basis engagement.

Place of work: Addis Ababa (V. No HO/02684/25)

Term of Employment: Permanent

Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package
