Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives for our client company working in real estate and property rental. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in executive assistance, demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the executive’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure information security.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to support business operations and executive efficiency.
  • Assist in project coordination, research, and data analysis as required.
  • Handle office administrative tasks, including expense management and procurement.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action points.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial, Public Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business communication tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of project management and administrative tools.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
