Job Summary
The Senior Human Resource Expert is responsible for overseeing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. This role ensures the smooth execution of HR activities to attract, develop, and retain employees while supporting the HR department in driving a positive organizational culture. The Senior HR Officer also assists with the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the company.
Qualification & Experience
- BA in Human Resource Management and other similar fields of study
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR practices
- Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism and integrity
