Role Description

This full-time, on-site Store Assistant role is based in Addis Ababa and involves providing exceptional support to retail operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers, organizing and managing inventory, coordinating daily store activities, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role also involves maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-stocked store environment and contributing to staff development by supporting training activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with clients professionally and efficiently
• Experience in retail sales with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals
• Strong organization and multitasking skills to manage inventory and daily store operations effectively
• Ability and willingness to support team training and development efforts
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment
• Previous work experience in the retail or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
