Temporary Data Encoder

Job Summary

The Temporary Data Encoder will be responsible for entering and verifying data in the iHRIS system, supporting certificate generation, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records, maintaining data confidentiality, and performing related administrative tasks during the assignment period.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and verify data in the iHRIS system accurately and efficiently.
• Support the generation of certificates through the iHRIS platform.
• Review records to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all information handled.
• Perform other related duties as assigned during the assignment period.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or a related field.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Have iHRIS web exposure in volunteer or any, especially in a CSO environment.
• No prior work experience is required.
