SantimPay is looking for a settlement officer who is going to be responsible for managing and informing the clients of their payment obligations for the services offered by a financial institution or other related organizations. Settlement Officer records transactions and ensures the timely completion of account statements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Performing back office transactions.
  • Preparing daily trade reports.
  • Monitoring account transactions.
  • Managing client accounts.
  • Reconciling balances.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Knowledge of bank procedures.
  • Confidence working with numbers.
  • Confidentiality and integrity.
  • Great on teamwork.
  • Organization and decision making.
  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in finance or economics or related subjects is required.

Technical & Other Skills:

  • Computer literate.
  • Consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Trustworthy
  • Excellent arithmetic skill
