About the Role:

The Junior Finance Officer will assist in the organization’s financial operations, supporting budget management, bookkeeping, and financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including receipts, invoices, and expense tracking.
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting and monitoring expenditures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely financial data collection.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support audits and financial reviews as needed.
• Handle other finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 0 - 2 years of experience 
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication.
• Basic understanding of financial management and bookkeeping.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
