Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide support for network management, hardware maintenance, software troubleshooting, and assist with basic development tasks. You will help ensure all IT systems run smoothly and resolve technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Assist with network setup and maintenance.
- Provide software support, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Help with hardware maintenance (computers, printers, etc.).
- Offer technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
- Assist with basic development and programming tasks.
- Help with system updates and security patches.
- Maintain records of IT issues and solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree or diploma in IT or related field (or ongoing education).
- Experience: 0-2 years in IT support or similar role.
