On behalf of our client, our recruitment team is looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee the company’s human resource functions.

Role Summary:

As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a key role in driving HR strategies that align with business objectives. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, training & development, and HR compliance. Your expertise will help foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

✅ Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract and retain top talent.

✅ Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.

✅ Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

✅ Serve as a trusted HR advisor for employees and management.

✅ Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts.

✅ Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.

3. Compensation & Benefits Management

✅ Oversee payroll, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.

✅ Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.

✅ Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave policies.

4. Training & Development

✅ Assess training needs and design professional development programs.

✅ Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.

✅ Support leadership development and succession planning.

5. HR Compliance & Risk Management

✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.

✅ Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.

✅ Manage HR-related risks and implement workplace policies.

6. Strategic HR Leadership

✅ Align HR strategies with business goals to drive company growth.

✅ Develop workforce planning initiatives and future HR needs.

✅ Stay updated with industry trends and HR best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 🎓 Education: BA in Human Resource Management, Management, or related field.
  • 💼 Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
