We are looking for a young, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager/CEO Assistant. This role is perfect for a recent engineering graduate who is adaptable, accountable, and eager to contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Description As the Office Manager/CEO Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing high-level support to the CEO. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a well-organized work environment.
  • Assisting the CEO with scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparations.
  • Coordinating and managing communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Supporting project management activities and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, etc.).
  • 0-1 year of experience in office management, administration, or a related role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High level of accountability and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Energetic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
