On Behalf of our client from a manufacturing company in dubai, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with over 3 years of experience. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful sales, conducting market research, and managing sales pipelines effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to understand the industry landscape and identify areas for growth.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Proactively seek out new sales leads, converting them into long-term business relationships.
- Manage and monitor sales pipelines, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on progress.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales & have success stories
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English and Amharic Communication
