Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in the industry and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the food and beverage operations, including bar and restaurants.
- Develop and implement menus that reflect current trends and cater to guest preferences.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all food and beverage areas.
- Train, motivate, and lead a team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: Level IV/BA Degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service Management, or a related field.
- Required Experience: - Minimum of 5 years For Level IV / 3Years of experience for BA Degree in a food and beverage management/Supervision role well known Hotel/Similar setting.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
