Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the aviation industry, particularly in managing sales operations for General Sales Agents (GSA). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving our business growth, maintaining strategic relationships, and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Manage and oversee daily sales operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with airlines, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Train, mentor, and supervise the sales team to maximize performance.
• Prepare regular sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the aviation industry, with expertise in GSA operations.
• Proven track record in sales management and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of the travel and tourism sector, including industry trends and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
