Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a background in material testing and lab equipment and be skilled in driving client engagement through direct visits and relationship building. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products and services within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential and existing clients in person to introduce and promote our material testing and lab equipment products.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product visibility in the target market.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers in the material testing and laboratory sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
• Provide clients with product demonstrations and detailed explanations to ensure a proper understanding of the equipment and its applications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the material testing or laboratory equipment sector.
• A strong understanding of material testing equipment and lab technology is highly preferred. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• A proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a client-facing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and marketing goals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Diplom/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, COTM or a related field.
