Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural design projects within our design firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, construction execution and be familiar with BIM workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Management: Oversee the entire design process from client brief to development, coordination, and submission.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to the design team, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
- Project Management: Coordinate with teams, review design changes, conduct site inspections, and maintain project schedules.
- BIM Technology: Apply BIM knowledge to enhance design coordination and efficiency.
- Engineering Integration: Coordinate and integrate various engineering disciplines through the application of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, ensuring seamless collaboration in design development and facility management processes.
- Construction drawings: Prepare and coordinate detailed construction drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with engineering disciplines.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in architectural design and construction.
- Experience in a design office within a real estate firm is a plus.
- Familiarity and experience with BIM work flow

- Proficiency
in
- Autodesk Revit
- AutoCad
- Lumion or 3DS Max
- Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
