Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the company’s representative in government offices including the Revenue Office, Construction Bureau, and other relevant agencies.
- Follow up on licensing, permits, tax issues, and other legal documentation.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with key government officials and institutions.
- Facilitate and expedite administrative processes to ensure company compliance with government regulations.
- Submit and collect official documents such as applications, reports, and renewals.
- Keep records of all government correspondence and ensure timely updates to management.
- Support other departments in handling government-related tasks and communications.
- Report any changes in government regulations or policies that may affect the company’s operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Any Field but Accounting will be preferable
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in liaison work, particularly with government institutions such as Revenue Offices.
- Good understanding of government administrative processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
