Qualification & Experience
- BSc Degree in Information Technology related fields plus a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in database and banking areas.
- Certified on Oracle 19c Certified Professional – OCP (Mandatory).
- Certified on IBM DB2 and/or Oracle, open-source operating systems (Unix, Linux), EDB PostgreSQL Essential Certification (an added advantage).
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for:
- Usage, accuracy, efficiency, security, maintenance, and development of an organization’s computerized database(s).
- Providing support to some or all departments depending on the size and network connectivity.
- Coordinating and managing any changes made to computer databases.
- Coding, testing, and implementing physical databases through applying knowledge of database management systems.
