Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Junior Marketing Officer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of marketing or an IT/business background with interest in marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and promotions
- Support content creation (posts, product descriptions, ads)
- Follow up with customers, respond to inquiries, handle comments
- Help with basic website/content updates
- Collect customer feedback and prepare simple reports
- Assist in online promotions, discount campaigns, and product launches
- Work closely with sales and operations teams
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience
- Degree/diploma in Marketing, IT, Business, or related fields
- Basic understanding of social media advertising
- Ability to create simple content (texts, captions, basic graphics)
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Familiar with e-commerce trends (bonus)
- Computer skills.
