We are currently looking for an experienced ERP professional who can lead large-scale Odoo Enterprise implementations, collaborate with diverse teams, and deliver solutions that transform the way we work.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Hands-On ERP Experience:
Odoo Enterprise Expertise: Proven record of implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions.
Financial Systems Familiarity: Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes within an ERP context.
Industry Experience (Preferred): Construction or other verticals where ERP plays a critical role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Odoo Implementations: Manage end-to-end Odoo Enterprise ERP projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-implementation support.
Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including external consulting firms and internal stakeholders, to align project goals and ensure successful ERP rollouts.
Technical Development: Customize Odoo modules to match business needs, including financials, logistics, manufacturing, or any other relevant domains.
Database Management: Utilize MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, and other relational databases for data migration, integration, and performance tuning.
Server Administration: Work with Windows Server and Linux environments, ensuring system stability and addressing any performance or security concerns.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from multiple departments (Accounting, Finance, Operations, etc.) and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize or automate business workflows and recommend best practices to stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with MS-SQL and PostgreSQL.
Experience in server administration (Windows Server and Linux).
Ability to integrate third-party applications and APIs with Odoo.
Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Track record of diagnosing complex issues and delivering practical, scalable solutions.

Additional Skills & Attributes

Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Comfort working independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
