Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple platforms.
- Oversee the creation, curation, and management of high-quality content for social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with clients, account managers, and other teams to understand project goals and deliver social media campaigns that exceed expectations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to ensure our social media efforts remain innovative and effective.
- Manage and mentor junior social media team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Handle crisis management and negative social media comments with professionalism and strategic thinking.
Requirements
- 3 plus years of proven experience as a Senior Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective audiences.
- Strong grasp of content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling principles, with the ability to translate brand guidelines into engaging social media content.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating and justifying social media strategies and decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Previous exposure to a creative agency setting is advantageous.
