ET Inclusive Finance Technology S.C. is a leading institution providing shared core banking solutions to microfinance and leasing companies. We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our team in the following role:
Position: Senior IT Security Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, OR
- Master’s degree (MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Microsoft Active Directory (AD), ensuring security and access controls are effectively maintained.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents using Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, specifically ArcSight.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Firewalls, ensuring network security and optimal performance.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate cyber security threats to protect organizational assets.
- Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the company’s security posture.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry security standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of network security, intrusion detection, and prevention mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools for real-time monitoring and incident response.
- Expertise in firewall configuration and security rule management.
- Proficiency in security risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Mandatory & Preferred Certifications:
- Mandatory: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Preferred (Advantageous):
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) / CEN Certification
