Our company on behalf of our Client would like to recruit highly qualified and Competent professional applicants who fulfill the following requirement

Summary

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store and will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Duties

• Prospecting (a process of searching for new potential customers);
• Identifying the customer?s needs that match your product/service features;
• Pitching (making an offer and describing its benefits in detail, actually proving that your product solves the customer?s problem);
• Closing (asking the customer to buy the product or order a service);
• Follow-up (establishing contact with the customer to make sure that he has received the order and any needed support, and that they are satisfied).

Job Requirements:

• Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and negotiating skills
• Knows common places in Addis Ababa
• Professional demeanor
• Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
• Demonstrated success in growing sales or generating leads
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields
• 0 up to 3 years of experience
• Female Candidates Only

Place of work: Addis Ababa, half-day office - half-day field/outside
