Job Vacancy: Senior Sales & Marketing Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing strategy, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Identify new market opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Lead and support the sales team, providing guidance and training when needed
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations

Required Qualifications:

• BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in sales and marketing roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and lead a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer use
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
