Position Overview:

Do you want to join GeezJobs's Team? We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and leading the recruitment process, from initiation to completion. This role requires effective communication with both clients and potential candidates, along with comprehensive knowledge of human resources, public administration, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with a clear understanding of our recruitment services and the value we bring.
  • Design and conduct effective interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Prepare and administer assessment tests when relevant to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • Collaborate closely with employers to understand their staffing needs and tailor the recruitment approach accordingly.
  • Utilize strategic HR practices to attract, evaluate, and onboard high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Above in Management, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year & above of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
