Job Summary
On behalf of our client, We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and emotionally intelligent Head of Client Relations to lead and enhance our client engagement strategy within our client's health center.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Client Relations department to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
- Supervise and mentor a team of client service officers, receptionists, and support staff.
- Develop client feedback mechanisms and use insights to continuously improve service standards.
- Resolve complex client issues swiftly and efficiently while maintaining a calm, solution-focused approach.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to coordinate client-centered care.
- Train staff on customer service best practices tailored to the healthcare setting.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to client satisfaction, response time, and service quality.
- Manage service operations effectively even under high-stress or high-volume conditions.
- Represent the client voice in management meetings and policy development.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare or health center setting.
- Strong background in client services, patient care coordination, or similar roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lead a team, make quick decisions, and manage pressure with composure.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism in handling client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in client relationship software and general office tools (e.g., MS Office).
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
