Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take food orders
- Answer phone calls for delivery or pickup orders
- Provide menu information and recommend items
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Ensure cleanliness and organization at the counter
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for order preparation
- Support the team with daily tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math and computer skills
