Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible for leading digital product development and partnership activities of the Bank. He/she checks customers’ requirements and the need for new products/services; and works closely with various departments to ensure products meet customer requirements. He/she ensures that digital partnership activities are in line with the Bank’s overall strategy and goals. He/she also continually analyses relevant digital products/services and competitor information, and identifies threats and opportunities.

Qualification & Experience:

MSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology or MA in management, Accounting, Economics, Banking, and Finance or related plus a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience in the banking industry of which three (3) years in a managerial position with proven track records in digital banking.
