Finance Manager - Coffee Export

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage letters of credit (LCs), international payments, export credit insurance, and other financial instruments unique to international trade and coffee export.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance management within the coffee export industry is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of finance management experience in other diverse sectors.
• Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control.
• Strong understanding of international trade finance, foreign exchange, and commodity markets.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
