- Manage letters of credit (LCs), international payments, export credit insurance, and other financial instruments unique to international trade and coffee export.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance management within the coffee export industry is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of finance management experience in other diverse sectors.
- Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control.
- Strong understanding of international trade finance, foreign exchange, and commodity markets.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
