Job Summary
On behalf of our clients, we are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and proactive Senior Personal Assistant (PA) to provide executive-level support to the CEO. The ideal candidate is:

- Discreet

- Capable of managing multiple priorities
- Professional and maintains confidentiality at all times
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the CEO.
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate and support executive meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Organize travel plans, itineraries, visas, and accommodations both locally and internationally.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Handle personal errands and administrative tasks for the CEO when required.
- Liaise with senior management and departments to ensure timely communication and project tracking.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively provide support as needed.
- Manage special projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, secretarial science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar senior-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
