GeezJobs' Recruitment Department is on the lookout for an outstanding Call Center Agent to join our client's dynamic and newly establishing financial technology Company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide product information and resolve issues in English and Amharic.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills 
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
