Soufflet has started its operation in Ethiopia in 2017 is now building a malt factory and is actively working on local malt barley sourcing.

To support its development and supporting the Finance department, Soufflet is looking to hire a Finance Operation Section Manager.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

 The Finance Operations Managers responsible to perform and supervise account payable related transactions, account receivable related transactions and general ledger related transactions. He/she is responsible to deal with tax accounting according to Ethiopia Context is also the responsible

 

Core mission

Major responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the Data capturing in the P2P Process
  • Perform Vendor reconciliation
  • Prepare payment to the vendor
  • Manage and supervise the Data capturing in the O2C Process
  • Perform Vendor reconciliation
  • Manage account receivable accounts
  • Manage and supervise the Data capturing in the R2R Process (General ledger accounting)
  • Mange Fixed asset register and records.
  • Manage and supervise tax accounting related to the company’s operation according to Ethiopian Tax law
  •  Manage and supervise payroll accounting and administration
  • Manage and supervise the bank reconciliation

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum of BA degree in accounting or Finance

Work Experience:

  • Total of 8-year relevant experience and 3 of them at managerial level

Technical skill:

  • Excellent knowledge in Ethiopian accounting. Microsoft Office, in particular, Microsoft Excel intermediate level

Soft skills:

  • Good Communication skill
  • Good Time management Skill
  • Eyes to detail
  • Ability to work in pressure
  • Ability to prioritization and accomplice to the deadline.
