Job Summary
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Salesperson to join our client's team, specializing in three-wheel automobile (Bajaj) sales. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of proven experience in automobile sales, be highly active, and have a strong ability to convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell three-wheel vehicles (Bajaj) to prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models
- Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, warranties, pricing, and financing options
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Participate in promotional campaigns and field sales activities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Stay updated on market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in automobile sales, specifically three-wheel (Bajaj) sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Active, energetic, and result-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good negotiation and customer service skills
- High school diploma or above; sales or marketing training is a plus
- Basic computer and reporting skills
