Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Salesperson to join our client's team, specializing in three-wheel automobile (Bajaj) sales. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of proven experience in automobile sales, be highly active, and have a strong ability to convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell three-wheel vehicles (Bajaj) to prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models
• Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, warranties, pricing, and financing options
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
• Participate in promotional campaigns and field sales activities
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Stay updated on market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in automobile sales, specifically three-wheel (Bajaj) sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Active, energetic, and result-oriented personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good negotiation and customer service skills
• High school diploma or above; sales or marketing training is a plus
• Basic computer and reporting skills
