The Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Association (CCRDA) is an indigenous non-profit umbrella organization of 400 secular and faith-based NGOs in Ethiopia.

 

Job Summary

The incumbent is in charge of coordinating and managing the thematic development programs to the maximum satisfaction of CCRDA, project holders and donor agencies. Provides reliable, fair and purposeful proficient services to project holders (PH) and donors with regard to the project assigned. The incumbent efficiently involves in complementing the fundraising, training and related capacity building efforts of CCRDA and provides unreserved inputs to the success of the CCRDA engagements.

Qualification Requirements

Education Required: Masters in Rural Development, Agricultural Economics, Social Science or other related fields of study

Experience: Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience on coordination and management of NGO projects, networking and partnership building resource mobilization, etc

Additional Requirements

• Adequate expertise and experience in project planning and management
• Proven communication and negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skill - Database Management
• Excellent Organizational skill
