ድርጅታችን ግዕዝ ጆብስ ለኣንድ የድርጅት ባለቤት አስተማማኝ በግል ሹፌር አወዳድሮ መቅጠር ይፍልጋል ። ስራው የዕለት ተዕለት መንዳት እና በመንግሥት ቢሮዎች፣ በባንኮች እና በሌሎች ተቋማት ውስጥ የሚፈፀሙ ስራዎችን ማገዝን ያካትታል። በጣም ጥሩ የስራ ግንኙነት እና የንግግር ችሎታ ያለው ።
ቁልፍ ኃላፊነቶች
- ደህንነቱ በተጠበቀ ሁኔታ ባለቤቱን ወደ ስብሰባዎች፣ ዝግጅቶች እና የግል ስራዎች ማድረስ።
- በማንኛውም ቀንና ሰዓት መስራት የሚችል (ቅዳሜና እሁድን ጨምሮ)
- በመንግስት መስሪያ ቤቶች እና በሌሎች ተቋማት ውስጥ የጉዳይ ማስፈጸም ስራዎችን የሚያከናውን ።
- የተሽከርካሪ ንፅህናን እና መደበኛ ጥገናን የሚጠብቅ።
- ሰዓት አክባሪ ፣ ሚስጥሮችን የሚጠብቅ እና አስተዋይ የሆነ
መስፈርቶች
- በግል ወይም በኩባንያ ሹፌርነት ከ3 በላይ ዓመት ልምድ ያለው
- ትክክለኛ የመንጃ ፍቃድ እና ንጹህ የአደጋ መዝገብ ያለው
- በጣም ጥሩ የስራ ግንኙነት እና የንግግር ችሎታ ያለው
- እምነት የሚጣልበት እና በደንብ የተደራጀ ።
