Job Summary
We are looking for a professional with strong communication and organizational skills to manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and contribute to our high standards. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project execution and aligning client needs with our creative and strategic services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Develop project timelines, coordinate resources, and monitor progress
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and updates
- Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen partnerships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in account management, client service, or project coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
