Founding Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a Founding Business Development Manager our first commercial hire to build Our Digital Product go to market strategy from the ground up. This is a builder’s role no playbook, just opportunity. You’ll shape our first revenues, key partnerships, and directly influence the product roadmap and culture.

What You’ll Do

• Define market strategy, target customers, and GTM plans.
• Build a pipeline of partners, early adopters, and pilot clients.
• Drive sales conversations and close agreements.
• Translate customer feedback into product insights.
• Create sales assets (pitch decks, one-pagers) and represent the product at industry events.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 – 5+ years in BD, partnerships, or B2B sales.(tech/SaaS preferred).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in ambiguity, builds from zero.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder.
• Strategic thinker who executes hands-on.
• Passionate, resilient, and mission-driven.
