Humedica e.V is a German-based international NGO registered in Ethiopia in February 2010 and reregistered on July 8, 2019, with registry No. 1605 as a foreign charity. Currently, Humedica e.V Country Office is looking for an intern for the position of Business Development Advisor to support beneficiaries of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
- Assist beneficiaries in identifying viable business opportunities suited to their skills
- Support in the preparations of simple business plans, budgets, and income projections
- Provide documents on basic financial management, recordkeeping, and savings practices
- Assist in delivering group or one-on-one business coaching and training sessions
- Help and monitor the progress of beneficiaries’ businesses and identify challenges and possible solutions
- Document success stories, challenges, and lessons learned from beneficiary support activities
- Help manage data and generate reports
- Support client relationship and partnership building
- Provide operational and administrative support
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields
- No need for work experience
- English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Problem-solving abilities and initiative
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must be a fresh graduate (2024/2025)
- Willingness to work as an intern
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
