Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Customer Service Officer – II (CSO – II) will be responsible for:

Daily tasks include:

  • Assisting customers with account-related inquiries
  • Processing transactions
  • Handling complaints
  • Providing support and guidance in using banking services

Qualifications

Candidates must have a BA degree in one of the following fields:

  • Accounting
  • Accounting & Finance
  • Marketing
  • Banking & Finance
  • Business Administration
  • Business Management
  • Public Administration & Development Management

Applicants should have:

  • 0 (zero) years of work experience
  • Graduated in 2024 or 2025 G.C.
  • Passed the national exit examination
