Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Customer Service Officer – II (CSO – II) will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality customer service
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining positive customer experiences
Daily tasks include:
- Assisting customers with account-related inquiries
- Processing transactions
- Handling complaints
- Providing support and guidance in using banking services
Qualifications
Candidates must have a BA degree in one of the following fields:

- Accounting

- Business Administration
- Business Management
- Public Administration & Development Management
Applicants should have:
- 0 (zero) years of work experience
- Graduated in 2024 or 2025 G.C.
- Passed the national exit examination
