Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, coordinating with hiring managers, supporting HR functions, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in preparing job descriptions and updating organizational staffing requirements. 
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate candidate assessments, reference checks, and document verification.
  • Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
  • Participate in HR activities such as organizing training, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with HR documentation.
  • Communicate with candidates professionally and ensure a positive recruitment experience. 
  • Provide weekly or monthly recruitment status reports to management.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment and general HR activities.
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify suitable candidates quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment techniques and HR processes.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
