Job Summary
The Senior Waiter is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service while leading service operations on the floor. This role ensures customer satisfaction, maintains service standards, and supports the training and supervision of junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests
- Ensure service quality meets restaurant standards
- Take complex orders and handle special guest requests
- Guide, train, and support junior waiters
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special situations professionally
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table setup
- Assist in opening and closing service procedures
Qualifications
- Graduate in Waiter / Hospitality or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in food & beverage service
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to guide, train, and support junior staff
- Professional attitude with strong leadership skills
