We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have:

Responsibilities
The Area Sales Representative is responsible for the company’s sales in their allocated area. Key responsibilities include:
- Generate leads and convert them into clients
- Manage the company’s relationships with outlets and consumers
- Achieve sales targets set by the company
- Ensure daily deliveries of products according to the route plan
- Collect and manage daily and weekly sales data for individual outlets and their area as a whole
- Provide accurate information about product features, prices, and availability
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Responsible for on-time submission of weekly/monthly journey plans
- Track competitor trade practices
- Identify new opportunities and challenges in the area
- Report findings to their line manager on time, suggesting possible solutions
- Perform other similar tasks as assigned by the immediate manager
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good analytical skills, result-oriented, quick learner
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic knowledge of door-to-door sales and key account sales
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in door-to-door / key account sales (experience in Manufacturing industry is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP software is desirable
