We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have:

Responsibilities

The Area Sales Representative is responsible for the company’s sales in their allocated area. Key responsibilities include:

• Generate leads and convert them into clients
• Manage the company’s relationships with outlets and consumers
• Achieve sales targets set by the company
• Ensure daily deliveries of products according to the route plan
• Collect and manage daily and weekly sales data for individual outlets and their area as a whole
• Provide accurate information about product features, prices, and availability
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Responsible for on-time submission of weekly/monthly journey plans
• Track competitor trade practices
• Identify new opportunities and challenges in the area
• Report findings to their line manager on time, suggesting possible solutions
• Perform other similar tasks as assigned by the immediate manager

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good analytical skills, result-oriented, quick learner
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic knowledge of door-to-door sales and key account sales
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Qualification

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in door-to-door / key account sales (experience in Manufacturing industry is an advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP software is desirable
