Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform vehicle repairs as needed.
- Install, replace, or repair automotive spare parts with accuracy.
- Inspect vehicles for wear and tear, especially in parts like brakes, engine components, suspension, and transmission.
- Advise customers or team members on proper spare parts and maintenance techniques.
- Maintain detailed records of all services performed and spare parts used.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Collaborate with different departments for ordering and inventory management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, AutoMechanic, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years experience strongly preferred working on KIA or Hyundai brands.
- Technical knowledge of a wide range of automotive systems and components.
- Ability to read and understand repair manuals, part diagrams, and diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic communication and teamwork abilities.
