Nib Candy Factory PLC is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant Human Resource experience, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR Strategies policies and program in areas such us workforce planning, recruitment, training and development compensation and benefit employee relation and performance management
- Oversee the management and maintenance of personal records ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company polices in all HR-Related matters
- Monitor employee attendance leaves and other HR-Related records
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationship with employees at all level
- Prepare staff handbooks, administer payroll and maintaining company culture
- Capable of designing and implementing an effective performance management process that align employees efforts with the organization’s strategic objectives
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Effective handling of disciplinary actions and the ability to prevent recurrence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human resource management and other related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant Human Resource experience
