Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Strategic Growth
● Develop and execute strategic plans to align with Loza’s mission, ensuring measurable growth and impact.
● Oversee daily operations, optimizing workflows across departments (clinical, marketing, finance, support teams).
● Lead a multidisciplinary team (doctors, nurses, lab technicians, customer service, digital marketers) with a collaborative and inspiring approach.
● Enforce policies compliant with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
2. Digital Media & Public Engagement
● Serve as the charismatic face of Loza’s medical content on TikTok and other platforms, translating complex health topics into engaging, digestible videos.
● Drive digital marketing initiatives to expand Loza’s reach and audience engagement.
● Leverage media experience (TV, radio, tiktok or online content creation) to elevate Loza’s brand presence.
3. Operational & Patient-Centered Excellence
● Ensure seamless service delivery and patient satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively.
● Collaborate with the CEO on business development, financial planning, and operational scalability.
● Monitor KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field (Master’s is preferred).
Experience:
● Proven experience in healthcare management (nutritional, wellness centers, clinics, or consulting preferred).
● Proven track record in:
○ Leading multidisciplinary teams.
○ Developing strategic growth plans.
○ Creating digital health content (media experience is a plus).
● Deep understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and patient data privacy.
Skills & Attributes:
● Natural storyteller: Ability to simplify medical jargon for TikTok and social media audiences.
● Leadership: Inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive innovation.
● Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities.
