Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cook (Chef) to prepare breakfast for apartment guests and ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained kitchen. The ideal candidate must have formal culinary training, strong attention to hygiene, and the ability to communicate in English.
Working hours: 12:00 morning to 7:00 in afternoon
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality breakfast meals for apartment guests on time.
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean, organized, and well maintained at all times.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards according to hospitality guidelines.
- Manage kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment properly.
- Assist with basic meal planning and ingredient preparation as needed.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report shortages.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with staff and guests.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate in Cooking, Food Preparation, Hotel Management, or Culinary Arts from a recognized university or college.
- At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in apartments, hotels, cafes, or related settings.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early-morning/night shifts.
