About the Company
Heleph Coffee Export is seeking a skilled and reliable Human Resources Officer to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, documentation, employee relations, and daily HR operations with professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation
- Track attendance, leave, and performance evaluations
- Support monthly payroll by providing accurate HR data
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Ethiopian labor law
- Conduct staff orientation and support internal training programs
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Prepare HR reports and updates for management
- Coordinate with departments to support HR-related activities

Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous HR experience is an advantage
- Basic understanding of HR processes and Ethiopian labor law
