(Video Grapher/Editor + Graphics) Content Lead

On behalf of our client, a company specializing in fuel station operations through innovative IoT-based forecourt management software, real-time inventory tracking, dispenser automation, ATG tank monitoring, and related solutions that improve efficiency, security, and profitability for fuel retailers across Addis Ababa and beyond.

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Content Lead to produce engaging visual and multimedia content that supports the company’s marketing, branding, and communication activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing, product demonstrations, events, and digital platforms; design creative graphics for social media, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns; develop engaging visual stories that communicate the company’s technology solutions; add motion graphics, effects, subtitles, and sound design to video content; collaborate with marketing and technical teams to produce compelling content; manage the full production process from concept to final delivery; ensure all visual materials align with the company’s brand identity; and organize and maintain media files and digital assets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in videography, video editing, and graphic design
• Strong skills in video production, editing, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to handle filming equipment, lighting, and audio setup
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• A portfolio of previous video and design work is required
