Job Summary
The Junior Quality Engineer will support the Quality Control Department in ensuring that all products meet company standards and industry specifications. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Department: Quality Control
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections on raw materials and finished products
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with standards
- Assist in testing cables and related materials
- Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation
- Identify defects and support corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with internal quality policies and procedures
- Support ISO and other quality certification processes
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality or related field
- 0–1 years of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of quality control processes
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good reporting and documentation skills
