Job Summary
District Relationship Officer - IFB is responsible for achieving business growth in IFB Banking by providing quality relationship management to new and existing customers in assigned district. In addition, the role holder is also responsible for sustaining customer satisfaction so as to retain and enhance relationship with existing and potential customers by cross selling other Bank products and services to generate additional business.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Management, Banking, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
Trainings and courses in banking operations (IFB, domestic, credit and international banking operations)
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience

Commercial awareness to understand and apply commercial and financial principles to business thinking.
